Rosenman. Screeplay by Mara Brock Akil. Produced by Salim

Wallace.
Regretably this was the late, vocal great Whitney Houston's last film made. This as a period piece takes place in Detroit during the 60’s
Motown era.
The film makers do authentically capture the look, feel and the
music of the 60’s motor city music scene. The cast is brilliant from the sexy
trio of sisters i.e., Sumpter, Ejogo and Sparks to the dynamic support from
Epps, Luke and Hardwick. With this being her film debut; Jordin Sparks will
definitely emerge as a legit star from this one! A must see!
