     Richard Scarry (Diani) is a real estate agent who is not doing well due to his mother’s illness which racks up the bills. He and his buddy Dave (Klein) decide to purchase a fixer-upper and flip it on the market for profit. The only problem is that after they buy the place, they discover that it is haunted by 12 ghosts.

    Then the nuttiness begins. This is a horror-comedy where you might find yourself laughing rather than being scared.
