     Joyful Noise. Warner Bros. Pictures. Starring Queen Latifah, Dolly Parton, KeKe Palmer, Courtney B. Vance, Jeremy Jordan, Dexter Darden, Jesse L. Martin, Kris Kristofferson, Kirk Franklin and Angela Grovey. Written and Directed by Todd Graff. Produced by Michael Nathanson, Joseph Farrell, Catherine Paura,  Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove.    

     Here we have a mix of music and drama that could easily fit the famed and proven Tyler Perry model of movie making with a gospel theme. Vi Rose Hill’s (Latifah) rivalry with G.G. Sparrow (Parton) and Randy’s (Jordan) interracial romance with Olivia (Palmer) will surly pique interest. This should be a major hit with the church crowd.
